    These Websites are operated on Wicked's behalf by The Marketing Department London Ltd of 187 Drury Lane, London, England, WC2B 5QD (Company Registration Number: 11878134) (the "Company", "we" or "us") who manage and operate bookings, and in some cases payment, for tickets via Wicked Direct and Wicked Active Learning.

    The Apollo Victoria Theatre, where the production of Wicked shows, is owned and operated by the Ambassador Theatre Group ("ATG").

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website, any ticket bookings you make through the Websites and/or the purchase of other services (e.g. Wicked Active Learning/Wicked Direct Workshops). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting a ticket order to us.

    BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR MAKING A BOOKING WITH US, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR MAKE A BOOKING WITH US.

  • We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting them on the Website and you should look through them as often as possible. Your use of this Website after a change has been made signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Where we have sourced your tickets from one of our partners, or where we have assisted you with bookings for other shows, the Terms & Conditions of those partners shall apply.

  • You must be 18 or over to purchase tickets for the show and/or purchase our other services.

    • 6.1 Please read these important advisories carefully before submitting a ticket order to us or visiting the venue:
      • 6.1.1   Access requirements. The Apollo Victoria Theatre, owned and operated by ATG, is committed to providing access for all. Patrons with access requirements should in advance of booking or visiting the venue. Please note loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects and strobe lighting feature in the production.
      • 6.1.2   Age recommendations and restrictions. The Wicked age recommendation is 7+. Babies and children under the age of 5 cannot be admitted to the venue. All guests aged 15 or under must be seated next to an accompanying adult (18+). All persons attending, regardless of age, must have a ticket. The production contains no profanities. You must be 18 or over to purchase tickets for the show and/or purchase our other services.
      • 6.1.3   Latecomers. Latecomers can only be admitted into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance, which is approximately 25 minutes after curtain-up. As no refunds or exchanges can be given, we encourage all patrons to arrive well in advance of the start time published on eTickets.
      • 6.1.4   Group Arrivals. Groups (10+) are required to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior the start time via the Vauxhall Bridge Road entrance. Large groups arriving less than 5 minutes before the performance start time may be held as latecomers (and section 6.1.3 may apply). Doors open to ticket holders from 90 minutes prior to performance times, with gendered and accessible toilet facilities available.
      • 6.1.5   Security and belongings. On arrival, venue security staff may undertake bag searches, so we recommend you arrive early to avoid queues. Suitcases and large bags cannot be admitted to the venue. The use of mobile phones and electronic devices is not permitted during the performance. The filming or recording of the performance is unlawful. Consuming food and drink not purchased at The Apollo Victoria Theatre is not permitted at the venue.
      • 6.1.6   Cashless payments. Cashless payments are in operation throughout the venue. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit, and Debit Cards are all accepted.
      • 6.1.7   Materials. Materials related to the production, including the script, designs, choreography, and artwork, are protected under copyright law, and cannot be used by any third party without permission from the copyright owner (Wicked).
      • 6.1.8   Rights to refuse entry. You may be refused entry and/or be removed from the show if
        • (a)   you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of others at the show;
        • (b)   if you fail to produce proof of identity or age when required;
        • (c)   if you refuse to co-operate with the venue’s security searches;
        • (d)   if you breach these terms or the venue terms; or
        • (e)   if you do anything that is:
          • (i)   unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
          • (ii)   facilitates illegal activity;
          • (iii)   promotes unlawful violence;
          • (iv)   discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or
          • (v)   is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury;

        No refunds will be issued to you if are refused entry or removed due to your own behaviour and/or fail to comply with these terms.

    • 7.1   Rates + benefits featured on the site may not apply when booking through third party agents, and only apply to Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.
    • 7.2   All sales are subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. Tickets, once booked, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Dates, times, prices, rates and cast are subject to change without notice.
    • 7.3   In no circumstances may the tickets be resold or transferred, unless agreed in writing by us. We may, at our discretion, refuse admission to the show to the holders of any transferred or resold tickets.
    • 7.4   All purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification (if applicable), other security checks, and collection of payment by us. Your booking may be cancelled if it has not passed the verification process or if payment is not received in full.
    • 7.5   Admission to Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre is subject to the terms of admission of the venue owner, ATG. .
    • 7.6   It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check ticket(s) on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. We are not responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
    • 7.7   Advertised school, youth and student rates generally apply to school term time performances only. Rates may be available at other times on request, at our discretion. All other rates available as advertised, with exclusions available on requests.
    • 7.8   Discounts are only applicable to specific seat locations within the auditorium and not available on all seats.
    • 7.9   Seat locations: Band A/B seats usually located front-side Stalls, mid-central Stalls, or front Dress Circle, subject to availability. Band C/D seats usually located mid-rear central Stalls, mid-rear side Stalls and mid Dress Circle, subject to availability.
    • 7.10   Due to the elaborate nature of the set design and the venue architecture, you may experience some brief sightline restrictions during the performance at the ends of rows A-P in the Stalls. Some seats in the Dress Circle have a safety rail which may interfere with the view.
    • 7.11   School/youth/HE/FE/EFL/ESOL group ticket discounts generally apply as advertised and are subject to availability. Bookings enquiries for dates/times outside of the advertised schedule are offered on a request-only and availability basis. International student series rates by separate negotiation.
    • 7.12   Home Educators can benefit from school group savings when purchasing a minimum of 4 tickets, with a ratio of no more than 2 adults per child and a minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult per 5 children. Local Education Authority de-schooling letters must be provided in advance of a booking being confirmed. Accompanying adult tickets are charged at the applicable discounted rate.
    • 7.13   Subject to availability, extra teacher/staff/Leadership/Volunteer Team tickets may be purchased at the relevant group rate price.
    • 7.14   Exact percentage savings quoted vary based on performance availability and date. Wicked operates a face-value flexible pricing model.
    • 7.15   We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed. In the case of any loss or accidental deletion of tickets, please contact us as soon as possible. Tickets may be re-issued to the purchaser, in our sole discretion, only to the person that originally placed the order.
    • 8.1   We may offer a package (“Package”) with one of our hospitality partners (“Hospitality Partner”). You should advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements within a party at the time of booking the Package and such individual should identify themselves on arrival (if applicable). Allergy information is available on request. It is your responsibility to tell the Hospitality Partner of any allergy / dietary information on arrival.
    • 8.2   All sales are final, but requests for cancellations or amendments must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Whilst all efforts will be made to accommodate changes to your Package, amendments cannot be guaranteed.
    • 8.3   We and/or WLPL shall not be involved in any dispute that arises between you and any Hospitality Partner (for example, in relation to your booking, standard of service, food or bill).
    • 8.4   Additional Hospitality Partner terms and conditions may apply – please check these before your visit.
    • Restaurant bookings

    • 8.5   If required, Groups (10+) must submit a pre-order at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. Where a set menu is offered, it is subject to change due to seasonality and product availability. Full payment must be received by us in advance to confirm a restaurant reservation. Any extras ordered at the restaurant must be paid directly and in full by you. Your full group must arrive for the booking at the time stated at time of booking. Whilst all efforts will be made to provide the full product, failure to do so may result in a reduced offering without any compensation.
    • 8.6   If attending Sicily Restaurant, group leaders should ensure that their group leaves the restaurant no later than 6.45pm if attending a 7.30pm performance of Wicked, or by 1.45pm if attending a 2.30pm performance. It is an approximate 10-minute walk from the restaurant (SW1W 9RB) to the Apollo Victoria Theatre (SW1V 1LG) and large groups are required to arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time. If attending any other venue, please check travel times and plan appropriately.
    • 8.7   If a restaurant cannot fulfil a reservation, the pre-paid meal part of your booking will be fully refunded. If booked as part of a Show and Meal Package, theatre tickets will remain valid and cannot be cancelled.
    • 8.8   In case of restaurant cancellations, all efforts will be made to inform you as soon as we are made aware of such situation. We and/or WLPL shall not provide further compensation so long as the full refund for the meal was issued. We shall not be responsible, and are not obliged to provide a refund and/or compensation in all other cases including but not limited to where there are delays and/or your booking is affected by restaurant staff shortages, late arrivals and/or other similar delays outside of our control.
    • 9.1   Official Wicked school, youth, performing arts, community, and corporate group workshops are exclusively authorised by WLPL and provided by Starling Arts Community Interest Company (“Wicked Active Learning/Wicked Direct”). Workshops are bookable independently of, or together with, tickets to Wicked. Workshops are bookable subject to the availability of practitioners and venues.
    • 9.2   All practitioners have enhanced DBS certificates and are fully trained to deliver the workshops. Should you require copies of these and/or any photographic ID from our facilitators, please inform us of this in advance of your workshop booking so we can make arrangements for sharing the relevant information.
    • 9.3   Prices may vary dependent on the geographic location of a school or venue. Bespoke quotations are provided on request. We reserve the right to amend a quote should any circumstances change (for example, venue hire, location, participant numbers, availability of provider).Where applicable, once a quote has been accepted, you will be sent an invoice for a 25% deposit of the overall workshop cost. This deposit is non-refundable. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is received. Once we have received your deposit payment, we will raise an invoice for the outstanding amount. Your workshop cannot take place without full payment being received no later than 14 days before the workshop date. The price payable for your workshop will be inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to charge interest on any late payments you make to us.
    • 9.4   Payment should be made to TMD by BACS payment. If making payment by overseas bank transfer, please check with your bank for any charges that may be taken prior to making a transfer. Any outstanding payments as a result of bank charges will not be considered a confirmed booking, and must be covered in full by the booker.
    • 9.5   Any cancellations you make must be made in writing by email to or depending on your original booking method. Deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your workshop, the following cancellation terms will apply:
      • 9.5.1   workshop bookings cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice of your workshop date are entitled to a 75% refund of the full balance, less the non-refundable deposit;
      • 9.5.2   workshop bookings cancelled within 14 days of your workshop date are entitled to a 50% refund of the full balance, less the non-refundable deposit; and
      • 9.5.3   no refund will be given for workshop bookings cancelled within 48 hours of your workshop date.
    • 9.6   We are entitled to cancel your workshop at any time where: (i) payment has not made in accordance with this clause 9; or (ii) where you breach these terms.
    • 9.7   In all other instances, if we have to cancel your workshop, we aim to give you 14 days’ written notice, where possible. Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control, we may have to cancel the workshop with less than 14 days’ notice. Where we cancel your workshop in accordance with this clause 9.7, we will offer you an alternative date for the workshop. If this is not possible, or if you choose not to opt for an alternative date, we will refund any workshop costs you have already paid to us. We are unable to reimburse any of your travel, accommodation or other costs related to the workshop booking.
    • 9.8   We and/or WLPL shall not be involved in any dispute that arises between you and any provider of a Wicked Active Learning/Wicked Direct workshop (including but not limited to Starling Arts and/or the venue owner).
    • 9.9   Materials related to the production and workshops, including the format, designs, choreography, resources, lesson plans and artwork, are protected under copyright law, and cannot be used copied, recorded or distributed beyond the classroom by any third party without permission from the copyright owner (Wicked and/or its licensors). You should request our permission if you wish to take photographs and/or film the workshop. You shall have no right to use our or any of our affiliates' names, trademarks, fanciful characters, service marks, trade names, logos or other identifying information, or issue any news release, advertisement, publicity or promotional material regarding these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.
    • 9.10   You acknowledge that in the course of the workshop, you may have access to our information and/or information of our affiliated and partner companies, however conveyed or presented, relating to the Wicked production, cast, crew or production staff or any casting, scheduling, marketing, creative, artistic, technical or financial information relating to the Wicked production, together with all information derived from you any such information and any other information clearly designated by us as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential"), or which ought reasonably be considered confidential (collectively, “Confidential Information”). You shall hold all Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and not disclose Confidential Information to any person outside the Wicked Workshop. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to grant you, and it does not grant you, any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. You shall procure and ensure that all attendees are aware of, and comply with this clause.
    • 9.11   From time to time, we may employ professional photographers and videographers to document official wicked workshops. We will seek your permission in advance should we wish to document your workshop. If you grant permission, all participants will be required to complete a media release form indicating whether they consent to their images being used in our materials.
    • 9.12   You (or other members of the party) may be refused entry and/or be removed from a Wicked Active Learning/Wicked Direct workshop, if you:
      • (a)   behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of others at the workshop;
      • (b)   fail to produce proof of identity or age when required;
      • (c)   refuse to co-operate with the venue’s security searches;
      • (d)   breach these terms or the venue terms; or
      • (e)   do anything that is:
        • (vi)   unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
        • (vii)   facilitates illegal activity;
        • (viii)   promotes unlawful violence;
        • (ix)   discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or
        • (x)   is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury;
    • No refunds will be issued to you if are refused entry or removed due to your own behaviour and/or fail to comply with these terms. We expect that our facilitator(s) will be respected by your participants and staff alike. If your participants display inappropriate behaviour (or any of the above), the facilitator(s) will ask them to stop. If the behaviour persists, we expect your staff to intervene. If any behaviour makes it difficult for the workshop to continue as planned, the facilitator(s) will pause the session until appropriate action has been taken.
    • 9.13   Our facilitator(s) will make sure your participants know where to access toilet facilities, fire exits and any other facilities and/or procedures specific to the pre-approved venue before beginning the workshop.
    • 9.14   Should you need to change your workshop booking to another date or time, we will make arrangements to exchange, where possible, subject to the availability of our providers and venues. Additional costs may be incurred and charged to you.
    • 9.15   Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the workshop which have been arranged by you are entirely at your own risk.
    • 9.16   Following a workshop, you will be sent an online evaluation to complete. We may use your written feedback in our marketing materials. You may opt out of being quoted when providing us with feedback.
    • 9.17   If you have any complaints or concerns during the workshop, please report them to the workshop facilitator(s) at your earliest convenience. If it is not possible to raise your complaint or concern during the workshop’s delivery, please contact or at your earliest convenience, providing as much relevant information as possible.
    • 9.18   Where we deliver workshops on site at your school, company, organisation or community group, the following additional terms will apply:
      • 9.18.1   you shall identify and provide an appropriate space to deliver the workshop. The space should be open and large enough to accommodate all workshop participants and any staff from your organisation, with space to move around. A school hall or arts studio are best suited, but a large classroom that has been safely cleared of furniture may also work. We reserve the right to request a more suitable space or the reasonable removal of obstacles before the workshop can begin;
      • 9.18.2   you must provide a suitable sound system that we can use to play recorded music. If you have booked the Musical Theatre Workshop, you must ensure there is a piano or keyboard on site for us to use (unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance);
      • 9.18.3   you will notify us in advance of any protocols regarding security, health and safety, ID and access that our facilitator(s) may need on site to deliver your workshop;
      • 9.18.4   you will ensure you have adequate first aid supplies on site; and
      • 9.18.5   our facilitators will adhere to your on site safeguarding, health and safety procedures, but are not responsible for your participants.
    • 9.19   You shall confirm any details related to the workshop requested by us at the time of booking. This includes information about the group, the number of participants and their Key Stage / ages, as well as any access or additional learning needs, or other information that will help us to plan and deliver your workshop to the highest quality. Our workshops are designed for a maximum of 33 participants at a time, unless arranged otherwise with you in advance of the workshop. This is to ensure we have adequate space, resources and facilitators for the workshop. it is your responsibility to notify us in advance of any access or additional needs within your group. If the workshop participants include children or vulnerable adults, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance, you must ensure at least one nominated representative from your school, company, organisation or community group (e.g. a teacher, teaching assistant, youth leader, carer) is present throughout the delivery of the workshop. Your nominated representative must stay until all children and/or vulnerable adults have left the workshop. It is the responsibility of your nominated representative that all participants remain in the allotted workshop space during the workshop and that they are familiar with your protocols regarding leaving the workshop to use toilet facilities, taking breaks, etc. You maintain sole responsibility for reporting and managing any first aid incidents, disclosures and/or safeguarding concerns to the appropriate body/bodies, should they occur or be made by your participants during the workshop. If for any reason our facilitator(s) feels that the environment is unsafe for them or your participants, they have the right to end the session immediately and without notice. Please ensure you have a trained first aider accompanying your participants at all times.
    • 9.20   To minimise risk of injury, our facilitator(s) will check that obstacles such as furniture and equipment have been cleared from the workshop space, and there are no visible trip-hazards. All our facilitators are experienced workshop leaders, practitioners and/or theatre artists. In addition to this experience, our facilitators are trained by Starling Arts to deliver Official Wicked Workshops. This training includes, but is not limited to, safeguarding training, anti-bullying training (provided by the Anti-Bullying Alliance), and bespoke training to deliver Official Wicked Workshops.
    • 10.1   Q&As are applicable to Youth + Student groups and only bookable in conjunction with Wicked London tickets/attendance. Youth + Student Q&As operate on a non-exclusive basis following Wednesday 2.30pm shows and run for approximately 25 minutes, depending on how long it takes to prepare the auditorium, and finish promptly at 6.00pm.
    • 10.2   Workshops and Q&As are not included in the standard ticket price and exclusively bookable via the Wicked Direct / Wicked Active Learning websites. Please note that we cannot guarantee that every question submitted will be asked on the day, nor can we guarantee the appearance of a particular company/cast member.
    • 10.3   You (or other members of the party) may be refused entry and/or be removed from a Q&A, if you:
      • (a)   behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of others at the show or do not remain in your allocated seat for the duration of the Q&A;
      • (b)   fail to produce proof of identity or age when required;
      • (c)   refuse to co-operate with the venue’s security searches;
      • (d)   breach these terms or the venue terms; or
      • (e)   do anything that is:
        • (xi)   unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
        • (xii)   facilitates illegal activity;
        • (xiii)   promotes unlawful violence;
        • (xiv)   discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or
        • (xv)   is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury;
    • No refunds will be issued to you if are refused entry or removed due to your own behaviour and/or fail to comply with these terms.
    • 10.4   No attendee is permitted to leave the auditorium during a Q&A. Gendered toilet facilities are available within the auditorium.
    • 10.5   Teachers and adult supervisors are responsible for the conduct of their group. No unruly or disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated. Any such behaviour may result in the termination of the Q&A. In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.
    • 11.1   Tickets to the theatre show, once booked, are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless agreed otherwise with us (in our sole discretion).
    • 11.2   Alterations and rescheduling. We and/or WLPL reserve the right to make alterations to the shows (including, but not limited to, its programme) where necessary. Where a show is rescheduled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided us with at the time of ordering. You will have the option of either retaining your tickets for the re-scheduled show, or alternatively claiming a refund including any booking fees. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to: or (depending on how you booked).
    • 11.3   Cancellation. In the unfortunate event where we have to cancel a show, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided us with at the time of ordering, and you will receive an automatic refund including any booking fees. Where a show is cancelled due to causes outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, such as acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, epidemics or other natural disasters, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials or a failure of public or private telecommunications networks) you will receive an automatic refund including any booking fees.
    • 11.4   Agreed refunds. We will only make refunds to the same method of payment which you used to make your purchase. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.
    • 11.5   Other costs. We will not be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation. We recommend that you take out any necessary travel insurance.
    • Hospitality Partner packages

    • 11.6   If a Hospitality Partner cannot fulfil a reservation, the pre-paid part of your Package will be fully refunded. If booked as part of a Show and Meal Package, theatre tickets will remain valid and cannot be cancelled.
    • 11.7   In case of restaurant cancellations, all efforts will be made to inform you as soon as we are made aware of such situation. We and/or WLPL shall not provide further compensation so long as the full refund for the meal was issued.
    • Wicked Active Learning

    • 11.8   Please see sections 11.1 - 11.5 (inclusive).
    • 12.1   We and/or WLPL are not responsible for the content of external sites.
    • 12.2   We and/or WLPL cannot guarantee the appearance of any artist, which is always subject to illness, injury, statutory leave entitlement, and unforeseen circumstances. Production images feature various casts.
    • 12.3   We and/or WLPL cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Website will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your requirements as to the safety and reliability of the content. It is also your responsibility to keep your personal login details and passwords safe (if applicable).
    • 12.4   We and/or WLPL do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and information on this Website may be out of date or incorrect and may not constitute definitive or complete information relating to a service provided or any other subject matter.
  • We may also assist with the bookings of other shows from one of our partners. When booking tickets for other shows, the Terms & Conditions of those partners shall apply. Admission to all events is subject to the terms of admission of the relevant venue(s).

    • 14.1   We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to your order.
    • 14.2   When we are not liable. We will not be liable for loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with your attendance and participation at a show, Q&A show, Wicked Active Learning workshops and/or your visit at a Hospitality Partner venue.
    • 14.3   We are not liable for business losses. These terms apply to consumers who have made a purchase for domestic and private use. If you use your tickets for commercial, business or re-sale purposes, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
    • 14.4   Our liability to you. Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, or otherwise, under or in connection with these terms, shall be limited to the price paid by you to us for the tickets.
    • 15.1   Ownership of rights: All rights in this Website are owned by us and/or WLPL.
